Indian Land Tenure Foundation Files Amicus Brief in Support of Cobell Plaintiffs


On December 22, 2011, Indian Land Tenure Foundation filed an amicus curiae brief in the United States Court of Appeals. The brief is informational in nature and emphasizes the rapid fractionation of Indian land title and the need to quickly resolve the appeal filed by Kimberly Craven to the Cobell v. Salazar Settlement. Oral arguments are currently scheduled for February 16, 2012.
