Understanding American Indian Land Tenure and AIPRA Workshops Scheduled

Indian Land Tenure Foundation is partnering with the University of Nevada Cooperative Extension to present a series of two-day workshops titled: Understanding American Indian Land Tenure and AIPRA.

The workshops are for Indian landowners, tribal leaders and program administrators who are interested in learning more about the American Indian Probate Reform Act (AIPRA) and how it impacts estate planning and other land-use decisions related to Indian trust lands.

The workshops will be held at the following locations and times:

February 7-8, 2013
9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Reno, Nevada
