Act of November 24, 1942 (56 Stat. 1021)

Relevant Provisions: 
devise and descent; escheat

States that if an Indian allottee dies without heirs, his or her land or interest, and the accumulated rents, issues and profits held in trust for the decedent, shall escheat to the tribe owning the land at the time of allotment.
